1. List of diseases for the presentations
  1. Breast cancer
  2. Uterine cancer
  3. Ebola hemorrhagic fever (EHF)
  4. Skin cancer
  5. Lung cancer
  6. Head and neck cancer (throat cancer)
  7. Aids - HIV virus
  8. Human papillomavirus
  9. Smallpox

2. Presentations Methodology

In groups of three (3) students you have to cover the following topics for each disease:

  1. Countries in which the disease can be found
  2. Affected population statistics (number of people that have been diagnosed the disease)
  3. Deceased number because of the disease
  4. Definition of the disease (what it is about)
  5. Signs and syptoms
  6. Possible Causes
  7. Transmission
  8. Possible Treatment
  9. Prevention
  10. Important or famous people that have had or still have the disease (If possible)
Eleven graders you may conform 7 groups of 3 and 2 of 2 students.
Tenth graders, 5 groups of 3 and 2 of 2 students.
